A Perfect Third Piece

I was looking for a casual everyday blazer. This is the perfect third piece to elevate your look. Take a pair of jeans, a simple tee, a belt and add the blazer. Slip skirt, white tee a skinny belt and add the blazer. Going traveling and need a light jacket and not a lot of room in your luggage? The blazer. It fits perfect. I like the ruching on the sleeves for a casual look. I bought my usual size. Fits like it was tailor made for me.

Soft and comfortable, perfect for petites

I really like this jacket. 3/4 sleeves are comfortable and easy. The length is perfect and the fabric is slightly stretchy which is nice. I really love this jacket. Get it if you are petite. Shoulders are not too tight which is perfect for me. I recommend this.

Perfect in every way except for one thing

5'2 100 pounds xxsp fits me perfect. The camel color is gorgeous and even though not fully lined the jacket is perfect. Where Macy's really dropped the ball is that smells like formaldehyde. I have spent the better part of the day doing everything I can do get the odor out. Steamer, iron, steamer with vinegar, vodka spray. NOTHING works. I would expect to exert this much energy on something I bought at Goodwill, but this is a new garment. Macy's agreed to let me return the item and I am now waiting for its replacement with very little confidence that it will actually arrive odor free. I know an easy solution would be to wash it however it is dry clean only, which is my last resort because it costs additional money. Macy's you need to do better. Two stars off for the terrible odor.

Nice Blazer Nice Fit

Nice blazer. Comfortable, fit perfectly, well constructed, nice fabric. The tag says "Dry Clean" (not "Dry Clean Only") but I took a chance and laundered it on delicate in a mesh laundry bag, in cold water with Woolite, on low spin all by itself, and it came out beautifully. I'm not saying everyone should take that chance, but it worked out for me. It's so nice to find a blazer in petites that fits and I don't have to have it altered.
