Jacket didn’t fit correctly.

Love the fine plaid print with the lines in taupe. But the way you see the uneven folds in the display photo on the right side of the jacket is the same way this suit jacket fit. Because I loved the print, I kept it and figured I’d fix that myself since I do a little sewing. First I pressed out the folds, but it still had those folds when I put it on. I thought that perhaps that a hook and eye clasp could make the fabric lie flat, So I sewed up the button hold and removed the button. Then I sewed on the hook and eye jewelry clasp, but it still didn’t lay right. So I reopened the button hole and moved the button over. That made it lay better. If you love the print like I do, then make sure that when you try it on that your left front side of the jacket fits correctly.
