Size issue

I bought the size 6 because that is my size. Had to return them because they were too big. I ordered another pair different color size 5 and they fit perfectly I wanted to exchange the two pairs I bought that are big for smaller size but I didn’t see option to do that. So I went to my local Macys and submitted a return Now I go online to re-purchase the shoe but it’s full price I’m not getting the sale It’s frustrating that Macys couldn’t just do an exchange and honor the sale

Runs big

Very cute and cozy, but I have to exchange them for a whole size smaller - I ordered a 7 (I'm usually a 7-71/2) and they slip around on my foot

Shoes are bad quality

I normally do not write reviews but these shoes are so poorly made. As soon as I put the on, the inner insole came off. They also hurt your feet.
