Might Be Nice If You Ever Get It

I ordered this on 12/26 with expedited shipping. They told me I would get it by 12/31. I need it for a birthday gift this weekend. It is now 1/2 and UPS says there was a label but they do not even have the shipment yet. Macy's cannot give me status and my request to have it reshipped was denied. Now I am stuck with no birthday gift and no shipment status. Terrible customer service. Steer clear of this gift basket because I see another review where someone else has not received theirs either.
