Late again
Second gift in a row that was either canceled after I ordered it or arrived late. I’ve bought a lot of things from Macy’s for my wives over the years, but these last two orders has me seriously considering moving on. It’s unfortunate they are becoming so untrustworthy.
Unbelievably Disappointed
Ordered way before Valentine’s Day so my granddaughter with get gift in time. Well she got it in time but got the WRONG item! They sent a stingy little heart box with a few items inside. Also item was $5 cheaper than what I purchased and I don’t see a refund in my account. Crappy item. Thievery. Macys has really gone downhill and should be ashamed of themselves and the vendors they chose to work with.

Not the same in picture
Yes I order this basket it and I thought it would look like in picture but it didn’t it was actually in heart shape box with teddy bear or nor the chocolate shown in the picture DONT GET THIS
Valentine’s Day Basket
Best Valentine’s Day gift ever. Everything was fresh and savory. Chocolate was great selection. My Galentine loved it! Thanks for a great product. The Linder Strawberry Cremes were the bomb!

Not Worth it
Macy's dropped the ball big time. I received this item Monday 2/17/25 after valentines day. I ordered it Friday 2/7/25.
