Gift Basket

I haven't the slightest idea if this is a good purchase or not. I bought it as a gift the end of November and it hasn't been delivered yet. My understanding is it won't be until Dec 19. Customer service was not overly helpful when i contacted them. I'm not overly enthusiastic about the whole process.
