Disappointed Valentines delivery failure

Disappointing Valentine's Delivery Failure Ordered with love, arrived too late. Gift arrived 4 days AFTER Valentine's Day, ruining our special moment. Quality was nice, but timing is everything – especially on Valentine's Day. Improve delivery estimates! Disappointing ordered way ahead for delays. First time having a bad experience ordering on Macy's .

Unbelievably Stingy

I’m so upset with this Macys package. It is four small boxes that I thought was a tower and not a minuscule stack of boxes. I bought this for my elderly father to give to my elderly mother. He wanted something big. All the hearts I search for weren’t that big but now I wish I’d bought a big heart. Tremendously unimpressive. If tomorrow wasn’t Valentine’s Day I would return it.
