Busted thread

This bag is beautiful however upon the 2nd time using it, the thin string that holds the chain to the front of the bag has busted and the chain is now hanging. I'm not sure how to remedy this because I'm beyond the return window. The thread is definitely not strong enough.

Looks great but not durable. 2 stars for looks

This bag looks great but the stitching started coming off within 15 days of gentle use. The bag strap hook keeps coming off as well making it unreliable.
