Wrong size

I’ve ordered a size 9.5 online and Macy’s send me size 10. Returned the item and processed the 9.5 and they sent me a size 10 again. Terrible!

Klunky

I bought them online and not happy with them. Heavy and bulky feeling. Probably very durable but I did not like them as soon as i tried them on.
