Wrong and used item was sent

Macys sent the wrong item which happened to be used. I immediately took the item to the Macys store in bay plaza mall. They initially refused to accept the item because it looked used. I had to stand my ground insisting that I never wore the shoes. After a lengthy back and forth, they accepted to help me initiate a return by calling the customer service department. However, I still had to take time out of my schedule to return the item at the UPS instead of just accepting the product in the store. All in all, I’m highly disappointed in Macy’s service. I ordered the shoes for my wedding and now after waiting soo long, I’m left shoeless.
