Too narrow

I just received my boots but was disappointed they were too narrow and tight on me. I thought the fit would be comfortable but as soon as I tried them On they were not what I expected. I’ll be returning them.

Wrong shoes pictured, different shoes received

I purchased these shoes last year and loved them, so I wanted to buy another pair. However, the shoes in this listing are completely different. The pair I received is very stiff and narrow, offering no comfort at all. Additionally, the shoe laces are unusual. The product does not match the advertisement.
