Elegant and cute
So saw the reviews for this shoe before purchasing and had to go see in person because I loved the snake on the heel. Also Aldo usually has good quality shoes. So I am here to say these shoes are what I expected from this gorgeous heeled mule. Exactly what I was looking for, paired with a cute skirt for the bday! And they are comfortable. And purchase was actually made at Aldo.

Not As Expected
I was very excited about this purchase. I debated which color to purchase and decided to buy the black with the intention to buy the cream if the shoe was stunning. It is not. The fit is perfect and the cushion is comfortable. The color is off. I agree with another review regarding it looking cheap (though I would lean more towards it not looking well made). The black is dull, so much so that it appears a dark weird gray. To be clear, this is the upper fabric as well as the heel fabric. The snake embellishment is beautiful though. Just wish more care had been taken with the dyed fabric. Disappointed.

I wanted to leave a review for these shoes because when I was considering buying them, the reviews were very limited. Normally for open toe shoes I get a size 6, sometimes a 6.5 and went with a 6.5 and glad I did, 6 would have been a bit tight. I can't speak for long term comfort, however, there is a nice amount of padding on them. I purchased the black. I am not used to the open toe point, which I know is the fashion trend but I liked the idea of these shoes during October and I think it will go well with outfits. There is a little weight to them. I read one review where someone said they were difficult to walk in due to the weight, however, I did NOT experience any difficulty walking in these due to the weight.
