Missing wedding dress

Betty Ann and Cassandra (Oakbrook store) they went above and beyond. It showed the size I needed tho it couldn’t be found. So they searched and as I was getting ready to try another store they actually found it. When does that happen. I was so grateful at how determined they were. Thank you so much!!
