Petite Cocktail

I choose this dress to wear to a formal wedding. In PETITE size it fit very well, unfortunately only the Mint Green Color was available in PETITE. I would have preferred the Navy.

Beautiful, striking cocktail dress

Beautifully designed and made dress that fits true to AE size chart. Good length even for shorter petites. However it didn’t fit my upcoming occasion so I had to return it.

Lovely dress but disappointing hemline

I first bought this dress in a 12P. It was lovely but too short, so I bought a 12. It also was lovely but it just hung "funny" in the front. When looking at the hem it seemed that it was cut and sown crooked. I exchanged it for another 12. Again, lovely dress, but this one also hung funny...this time on the sides. It wasn't crazy crooked and I pondered having my tailor fix it but not when you spend this much money. I thought maybe it's my body, but I don't think so because I didn't have the problem with a couple other dresses I tried. Sadly this is the first time I have been disappointed with an Alex Evenings dress. Macy's tho has fantastic customer service.
