Horrible fit for a petite woman.

Couldn't use it, had to return. I checked the measurements - but it wouldn't fit my top and I'm not very big on top. And it was not made for a petite woman. The hem was gushing down. Very disappointed in this dress. Only buy if you're flat chested and tall.
