Missing the Shaw in 2 garments show in the tag

Returning my order because missing the Shaw and received the used dress without a label. The label was attached to the tag??? Right size

The dress is beautiful a little uncomfortable under the arms due to the sequences. The dress came without the shall and don't know who to contact about this.
