Runs Small. Color not as vibrant as it appears

This runs small, needed to size up because of tightness in the chest area. But once I went up a size, it was fine in the chest but too long for the pants I was pairing with it. The belt made it look dowdy on me as well. Also, the color appears brighter online. It is a much more muted purply blue in person. Just did nothing for me. Will be returning.
