Alex Evening Petite Velvet top

When the top arrived and I saw the Rhine stone button was missing; I was furious 😠. How could this item be sent and the most important part of the top that needs the button to close it was not on it. I'm very disappointed with Macy's at this point. I've been a customer for years and this was not a good on line experience. I personally feel these types of experiences can happen when you can't find it in the store and have to order on line. I immediately took it back for a refund.
