Big impact

I bought this to wear with a simple black cocktail dress (with a few inches of lace/beading on the hem). The dress is probably 15 years old, simple neckline ... and this little jacket makes it look totally different and fresh! I%u2019m very excited to wear this to a wedding and looking forward to not fighting with a shawl!
