Tight in the bust

I really do love this dress. I’m 130 pounds and fit in a 5/6 I’m a 34D in Victoria secret, the bust area is slightly tight. When I sized up to a 7/8 it was loose in the bust but didn’t hug my ribs as much. Either size would do though.
