Shoe Polish was old.

Received this shoe polish that was kind of rattling in the container, It must be kinda old and dried up. That's why it ratted in the container. Returned item!

purchased online from clearance, probably been sitting on the shelf for a long time, it was shrunk and dried up to 2/3 the size of the can
