Macy's refused to take back

Extremely uncomfortable shoe. Was fine to start with, but the crease that developed after 2 days pressed the foot at very uncomfortable angle. I have been an Alfani shoe fan for years, but having second thoughts now, especially after the rude rep at Macy's refused to do anything about it.

Wore them for a day and they began scuffing badly. The second day the shoe tore.
