How Would I Know? It hasn't arrived in 15 Days!

This shirt has not arrived after about 15 days. I called Macy's to report the fact it is apparently lost, and was virtually dismissed as not knowing wht I was talking about. The agent gave me a "what I call made up date" the shirt would arrive. Of course, it didn't arrive. Macy's is usually better than this, but I order a lot of stuff from them, and I think i deserve to be treated with equal respect.
