Store was a dirty mess

Your store in Savannah, GA is a dirty mess. There is no one to help you and your selections are non-existent. I will keep my card for now, but may never use it again. The only thing good was a vert nice lady at the perfume counter. Her name is Essence. She was very helpful. Last time I ordered on-line was a nightmare, so I will never go through that again!! Will di my shopping at Belk's going forward ... they actually have a selection in all areas.
