Poor customer service

The shirt is exquisite !! The customer service however left much to be desired. It's a shame that the service rep made a commission. She was rude to the point of almost accusing me of stealing . I should talk to a lawyer. If it wasn't for a rep named CAROL I WOULD HAVE LEFT AND NEVER CAME BACK ALSO I WOULD TELL EVERYONE HOW MACYS TREATED ME . SAD

Literally My Favorite Dress Shirts Now

These shirts breathe really well, they feel soft and slick (like polyester tends to do when mixed) but that elastaine at 8% really makes a difference because it isn’t tight and unyielding like 100% polyester. I bought the XL and the shirts have fairly long arms. I’m somewhere between a 33”-35” in a lot of shirts and these weren’t short down the arm. Which I like because I’d rather sleeves be a hair longer than disappear up your blazer. I wear suits in Hawaii and between AC and warm to hot humid air these have been some of the best shirts for this environment. I also wear breathable washable suit jacket that are not lined to go with these. Highly recommend for anywhere or season that is warm or hot.
