Second Time Wrong and Used pair of shoes

Second and last time that I ordered items from Macys online or through its app due to wrong and poor quality items were delivered. First pair of shoes were wrong style. Different color as well. So returned wrong item. Second pair of shoes were used and came inside a generic box. So returned wrong item. Macy’s is not doing a good job on online ordering.
