Good mobility. Poor insulation.

The thin material provides good mobility and makes it easier to use your phone. However there is very little insulation from the elements. 1 layer is better than nothing.

Good for chilly weather, but not freezing temps

I like the look and feel of them, and I like that they're not bulky. But they're only good for chilly weather, not true cold. I could feel the chilly air on the back of my hands when I was walking around in 40-degree weather.
