Lost the shoes

I was informed shoes had been delivered to the store by UPS. They were never located. Customer Service never found them so I had to buy a different pair for my party. Very poor Customer Service! Don’t know about the shoes as I never saw them.

Annoyed.

I ordered them on Dec. 3rd for a Xmas gift & as of Jan,2nd. still have not received them. Called customer service & after waiting a month & not receiving the shoes I was on hole for 20 minutes or more. A call that was useless,

Confusion

Although it was a bargain to buy a pair of shoes for this price. My confusion ,I never know if the transaction ended by seeing the price and the delivery date. I do have a order #. Do they already have all my info for Payment? Beside that everything is grate.
