I received the shirt I ordered wrinkled like an accordion. I was planning to gift them but I have to return them. I like the shirt and I reordered hoping next one arrives presentable. for a gift? Macys, is not acceptable to ship an item like I'm buying from and outlet!.
Macys screwed up again
I did not order this for pickup. The store is 130 miles away from me. I always place my orders online for delivery. If you cannot hold someone responsible for this mistake then I'm done with Macy's. Dillards will be my future.

All these items said they would be delivered by 2/14/25. I needed them for a birthday for tomoorw the 2/16/25. They are going to be toooooooooo LATE. VERY DISAPOINTED.
