Macy selling returned item as new

I like the shirt and bought another as a gift. The second one is used/returned item not giftable. I contacted Macy via chat. They send me a new one in exchange, but its also another used/returned one. Can I get a new shirt with my new shirt purchase?

Low quality; not close to a dress shirt!

It is thin and the undershirt will have shadow underneathz. Quality and material feels like a bed sheet ( and nit a good one) We got the pin out of the short to try it on and there was holes from pins all over the shirt! It’s that thin!

Extremely Good

I needed a French cuffed shirt for an extravaganza. It was a formal event. And I didn't want to purchase anything of low quality. But at the same time I didn't want to pay a whole lot of money either. This shirt is everything that I could want and need. Absolutely Great!

Do Not Buy

This may be the most ill-fitting, uncomfortable shirt I’ve ever worn. The sleeves are sewn in a way that pulls awkwardly at the too-wide chest. The fabric felt like cheap plastic and was extremely itchy. I’m glad Macy’s allows returns because I never wanted to wear this shirt again after trying it on.
