Return not refunded

I originally purchased this jacket using Klarna. The jacket was to small. I returned the jacket to a Macy’s store and the return was processed. 10 days later I still have not been refunded my money back on Klarna. I have called Macy’s customer service the said there is nothing they can do it is a Klarna issue. Called Klarna they say it’s a Macy’s issue.
