Item not delivered

This is the second time in a row the item was not delivered, yet I received an email from Macy's stating it was delivered. Both times, the item was not delivered. Please provide pics of the item's delivery. It's disappointing and wastes customers' time on online ordering and delivery processes. If the item is not available, please remove it from the website. The item not received today is Alfani- Men's Textured Stripe Shirt. Please refund the money at your earliest convenience.
