Macy's shipped our entire order to the wrong address, and initially said that they could make it right, but now is denying our request, and given we made the purchase on a Macy's card it is a lot more complex to resolve. A couple of lessons learned - never use the Macy's card at Macys if you may need to cancel payment, and more importantly shop somewhere else!!!

Not cognac for the cognac belt

Got the cognac/black belt version. When it arrived it was more brown/black and not the color I had hoped it woild be,nor thw color stated. Misleading and disappointing.

Nice appearance; fit not so much

The appearance and quality are good. This is a reversible belt (brown and black). This is a nice feature if you want this in a belt. (I do not.) I purchased this belt because I thought it would fit as well as an old belt I have that had reached the end of its life. Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention to the hole pattern in this Alfani belt until I had worn it several times (and disposed of all labels, etc.) and wondered why it didn’t fit well. The overall length of this Alfani belt matched that of my old belt, but the hole spacing was off just enough that the belt didn’t fit the same. If you buy this belt to replace an old one, be sure the length and hole pattern match before you wear it.
