Awesome fit, strange color

I have been searching a long time to find a pure navy skirt, so I ordered this one. When It arrived the packaging said "Pure Navy". The tag on the skirt said "Black". I'm not sure what to call the color because it did not match anything navy nor did it match anything black. It saddened me because the fit was PERFECT!
