Disappointed in the material

I have several pairs of these as pants and capris in various colors but this is the first color and material that the spandex threads broke, leaving tiny threads exposed at the seams. I only was able to wear them 3 times before the threads are just too noticeable, both in the seat and down the legs. I was very disappointed in the quality of this fabric compared to my other pairs. And the nearest Macy's has closed so I can't as easily return them.
