Shoe Trees

Excellent shoe tree once broken in

Yes at first they are hard to get to open and to get the handle to push in. But stay with it. Eventually once broken in they work great and are excellent quality for the money.

Hard to use

Difficult to get them to contract which makes them hard to insert. I wouldn't buy unless on sale.

Small shoe tree doesn't fit into 6.5!

This item appears to be well made. However, the size Small was said to fit women's shoe sizes as small as 6 Wide. It did not nearly fit into my 6.5 Medium shoes. I returned it since it was of no use to me.
