Not what I ordered

Ordered vs received differs. The dress received is short similar to the length of a “t-shirt” dress. Immediately returning w/o wasting time trying it on. I am extremely disappointed. I would give zero starts if possible.

it is elegant.

I choose this dress from many black dresses because I fell in love with and I took many compliments when I wear it but without the belt and with a long golden chain in my neck.
