Run small and very narrow!

Out of the box, These are cute and seem to be of good quality. However, I couldn’t get them on and I even sized up. They seem heavy but I couldn’t get them on so really can’t say. They run very, very narrow! I had my husband just try to get his foot in there because I thought I was crazy - he has a smaller and more narrow foot. He barely got his foot in the boot and echoed that they were very narrow. Sadly, returning.
