Extra roomy.

Love these . Only one thing know if your curvy these are extra curvy a lot of extra room in the hips.I bought a size 14 then sized down to a 12 .

Not curvy - beware vanity sizing

I am neither skinny nor heavy (5'7", 137#), but my waist is smaller and my hips are wider than most ready-to-wear pants. I have had some success with curvy-fit pants one or two sizes smaller than my other clothing, but not these. According to the size chart, size 10 should be perfect. In actuality, size 4 fits properly around my 40" hips but the waist gaps both back and front. The waistband is a full 32" around, which would fit someone between sizes 12 and 14 according to the size chart. Why bother having charts? I wasted time and effort (and the company wasted resources) and I still don't have pants. Actual product measurements would be appreciated in addition to useful size charts.
