The Step 'N Flex line from Alfani is the most comfortable, yet stylish heel I have ever worn. I have never had any problems with the line and highly recommend them.

Not comfortable

Very narrow and stiff. Cheap feeling material. Taking these back.

Not recommended

The feet burns in these shoes just after few minutes. It feels like plastic.

TOO NARROW AND UNSTABLE

These shoes are way too narrow and the heel is unstable / wobbly. If you have narrow feet, buy a medium or even a wide and go a size up. But I would not recommend these because the heel is unstable. Not well made at all.

Great

The process in order the shoes was simple and easy. They were shipped quickly. They on time with out delay. They were packed. The color is just as I excepted. The shoes are the colors that excepted!!! They look beautiful on my feet. I ordered a size 12 medium and I normally wear a 12W. Great purchase.
