Wrong size

I would have liked the pants but i should have paid attention to the reviews. I ordered petite SHORT but whoever prepared the order sent me PETITE. I am 5’1 and the pants have to be pulled way up to the bust line to ensure it doesn’t drag. Therefore I will be returning this as hemming up pants is not my expertise.

Persistant problem with online orders

I ordered Dunner jeans in "12PS" that is Petite Short. I ordered two pair and both arrived as 12P that is 12 Petite. I am 4' 11 1/2 in tall so that makes them about 1 1/2 in too long. It seems that the people putting the orders together do not read the order or do not understand the order. This has happened to me on a regular basis since I stared shopping Macys online. This never happened in the past just recent years. I will stop shopping for clothes online with Macys, even though they offer very good sales. It is not worth the trouble.

Bad Fit

To avoid paying extra to hem the pants, I usually purchase the petite short in Alfred Dunner. Not sure if the garment was mislabeled, but nothing short about it. Very disappointing.
