Persistant problem with online orders

I ordered Dunner jeans in "12PS" that is Petite Short. I ordered two pair and both arrived as 12P that is 12 Petite. I am 4' 11 1/2 in tall so that makes them about 1 1/2 in too long. It seems that the people putting the orders together do not read the order or do not understand the order. This has happened to me on a regular basis since I stared shopping Macys online. This never happened in the past just recent years. I will stop shopping for clothes online with Macys, even though they offer very good sales. It is not worth the trouble.

Bad Fit

To avoid paying extra to hem the pants, I usually purchase the petite short in Alfred Dunner. Not sure if the garment was mislabeled, but nothing short about it. Very disappointing.

Horrible Fabric after washing!

I always wash jeans before washing to prevent dye transfer. Although these jeans felt weirdly stiff before washing, I washed them anyway. After washing and drying per instructions the jeans were what I would consider unwearable. The waistband got all wrinkly and not only was the fabric still stiff, it now had an awful "gummy" feel. Absolutely gross. Since I threw out all the packaging and washed them I am keeping them but will most likely just toss them in the charity bin.
