Asking me to review something they haven't shipped

I ordered this shirt on 8/28. Received an email that order was being shipped on 8/29. Tracking shows all you did was create a label, As of 9/10 it has not been shipped. Then you sent me this email wanting me to review something that hasn't been shipped and received. Come on Macy's get your act together
