Disappointing

This item arrived late and in terrible condition. It had tags on it but it looked as if it had been washed and not ironed, it was terribly wrinkled. I assume that it was returned by someone who wore it, washed it, and returned it. I have tried to contact Macy's but they make it VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY so I am putting my complaint in this rating.
