6” Chef Knife is very sharp out of the box and stays sharp. I just purchased one for my sister for Christmas and she loved it. Great knife for someone with smaller hands.

Great Overall Chef's Knife

Great Overall Chef's Knife. I use it for cutting meat, slicing vegetables and fruits. It is my go to knife that I use the most in the kitchen. It is very sharp and is easy to handle.

Another All-Clad winner

I find this knife to be easy to hold and maneuver while cutting up things such as vegetables. In addition the blade is quite sharp. It’s also a beautiful looking knife. For many years now I have used Shun knives and have loved them but would consider buying more of the All-Clad ones
