Great quality and performance!

I’ve been using the All-Clad 7-piece cookware set and overall I’m very satisfied with the quality and performance. The cookware is beautiful, solid, and clearly made to last. I returned this set but why?

All-Clad makes some of the best cookware you can buy, but this set is best for someone who only cooks for 1-2 people. The pan selection is one size down from their most popular and versatile sizes.The fry pan is 10" vs 12", the sauce pan is 3qt vs 4qt, and the other pans are also a bit smaller than I wanted.

Solid, Beautiful and Useful

I was pleased to unwrap a beautiful new saute pan recently. The D3 line has worked for me. As with other pieces from All-Clad, it's wise to follow the instructions and mind the heat when using the pan. The high sides ensure fewer spills on the stovetop when sauteeing ingredients that require stirring and wrist action to avoid burning contents. Used at a moderate temperature, the pan delivers even heat distribution. The lid is great to have when keeping contents warm. As this is an All-Clad product, the flawless stainless steel finish and solid handle and helper handle constitute a pleasure to behold as well as to use. The helper handle assists in raising the pan from the burner to toss ingredients gently while avoiding dragging the bottom against the metal of the burner.
