Do not buy this

I am extremely disappointed with these pans. Literally everything I cook sticks to the surface — even when I use oil or cook on low heat. Eggs, vegetables, meat — it doesn’t matter. Nothing comes off easily. Cleaning them is a nightmare. The food gets so stuck that I have to scrub hard, which completely defeats the purpose of buying “non-stick” cookware. After just a few uses, they already look worn out and damaged. I expected decent quality for the price, but this product is very poor. I would not recommend these pans to anyone. Total waste of money.

Everything Gets Stuck

I have been using All-Clad for 30 years and plan to pass on my set to my kids, however, this new pan discolored after the first use and no amount of scrubbing will bring it back to that beautiful stainless color. Disappointing.

What a perfect pot!

I love the All Clad 8 quart stock pot. I've recently used it to reduce a gallon of cider to a syrup to add to my apple pie for turbo charged apple flavor. The wide bottomed, heavy pot enabled me to do this much more quickly than I had been able to do with my old pot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I returned this set but why?

All-Clad makes some of the best cookware you can buy, but this set is best for someone who only cooks for 1-2 people. The pan selection is one size down from their most popular and versatile sizes.The fry pan is 10" vs 12", the sauce pan is 3qt vs 4qt, and the other pans are also a bit smaller than I wanted.
