Does the job
This pan does exactly what I expected it to do. It brought the grilling experience indoors so my kids didn't have to mess with the grill at all.

Good product
This a good quality skillet as is consistent with All-Clad products. A medium weight and great for cooking fish and steaks. If you are looking for a more heavy weight skillet, this is not the product for you. I really like a product that I can lift.

No Grease Barbeque
This pan sticks to its purpose which is to grill your meat fast; easy clean-up with the Teflon finish. Grill marks can be made to look like a steak from your favorite restaurant. Grill inside then take outside for summer fun.
Fabulous Pan for Broiling
I bought this pan about a year ago and I have been so pleased cooking steaks and burgers etc. The other day I got a new recipe for grilled chicken thighs. I marinated the chicken overnight and cooked it the next day. Fabulous. This pan cooks on both sides at the same time in the broiler. When the pan heats up in the broiler, it is searing on the bottom and cooking on the top all at the same time. Turn it over to get the grill marks on both sides of the food. I gives the food a nice grill mark and cooks meats quickly and easily. This pan is one of my favorites!!
I use it nearly everyday!
I can't believe I waited so long to buy this grill pan. It is truly amazing. I grill everything on it now. Even grilled cheese sandwiches. But what it really is amazing with is steaks, turkey burgers and fish. I have virtually stopped using my other skillets for any of these food items. I cannot have an outdoor grill where I live and this is the next best thing. And the best thing is clean up is so easy. NOTHING sticks to this pan and my creations need next to no oil or butter. In fact it is usually sort of redundant. It is heavy weight and heats evenly and quickly. I can make two turkey burgers and grill the buns and onions all in the same pan. What more could you ask for? Love it!
