Thumbs were sewn too small...

I have smaller hand and fingers, but the thumbs were sewn TOO SMALL (both right hand mit and left hand mit) and you can't get your thumbs/hands to fit in them correctly and does not fit comfortably...so disappointing!!! Just missed the return window by just days...ugh! I wouldn't recommend them and they don't deserve even 1 star.

Fluffy oven mitts

Got these from my niece for Christmas 2024. Well made but once I put wet hands into it a bunch of fluff sticks to my fingers and hands and I need to rinse my hands before continuing with cooking. The seam inside shows cotton batting that is flaking as I touch it. I don't want to mix cotton with my food. Wondering if I can return these for another pair that has better insulation inside?
