Way overpriced, Cheaply-made glitter bomb!

I got this lamp for my daughter… such a huge disappointment! First off ~ it came shipped in the product package, rather than Macy’s packing it in a shipping box.. I hate that, for multiple reasons. The lamp shade appeared messed up… hopefully it can be fixed. The kitty itself (the base) is way cheaper looking than what appears on the product description. It is just a cheap material covered in glitter (that gets everywhere)! I haven’t tested it yet, to see if it works. If not, I’ll be writing a follow-up review and returning it.
