bawling my eyes out
Star Rating: ★★★★★ Series Ratings: 💜 Hopeless (#1): ★★★★☆ ❤️ Losing Hope (#2): ★★★☆☆ 💙 Finding Cinderella (#2.5): ★★★☆☆ 💛 All your perfects (#3): ★★★★★ 💜 Finding Perfect (#2.6): ★★★★☆ Overall Reading Experience & Impressions: “All Your Perfects” is an emotional rollercoaster that left me both heartbroken and hopeful. As the ‘fourth’ book in the series, it stands out with its raw portrayal of infertility and the strain it places on a marriage. While I don’t love the series as a whole, this particular installment captivated me with its authenticity and emotional depth. The love letters completely broke me—I was bawling! Such a sweet and unexpected touch to the story. What Worked: ✨ Authenticity in Representation: The portrayal of infertility was both raw and respectful. It’s rare to see this issue represented so honestly in books, and Hoover did it beautifully. 💔 Emotional Impact: From the strained marriage to the redemptive moments, this book made me feel every ounce of pain and love. The ending tied everything together so well, offering a sense of closure without being overly saccharine. 💌 The Love Letters: Hands down, one of the most touching aspects of the book. They added a layer of emotional vulnerability that was incredibly moving. What Didn’t Work: 📦 The Mystery of the Box: While intriguing, the buildup around the box felt like it needed a bit more resolution, I still loved this piece of it though. Final Thoughts: Wow, what a story! “All Your Perfects” is a standout in the series for its honesty and emotional depth. It’s not just a romance—it’s a heartfelt exploration of love, loss, and resilience. This book isn’t just for fans of Colleen Hoover—it’s for anyone who appreciates a story that’s both heartbreaking and healing. Who Would I Recommend It To? 📖 Anyone navigating infertility or going through a tough spot in their marriage. This book provides a sense of understanding and hope that’s hard to come by.

An amazing book with many emotions!!
This novel was an emotional read. I have read quite a few Colleen Hoover books and she really knows how to tug on every one of my heart strings. This book is tragic at times but it is also so happy at others. It opens my eyes up to a whole different side of relationships I never even knew about. I didn’t think it was possible to lose love for someone but I guess that happens pretty often in marriage. This book brought me a roller coaster of emotions and was a fascinating and eye opening novel. I am too young to be able to relate to Quinn in her difficulties with infertility, but I can still feel for her. She is not the most pleasant character, and she makes some decisions I don’t particularly agree with. But that does not mean she deserves all of the disappointment she receives including getting cheated on. One thing I admire about Quinn is her dedication to her family, especially her sister Ava. She makes sure that every week they meet to have lunch, even after they are miles apart. Sometimes Quinn can seem to be a little jealous of Ava. Ava is following her dreams with her husband and setting out for an adventure. She is also able to have kids at any time which would make Quinn angry. Ava always seems to have good news in the times when Quinn is going through something bad. But being the good sister that she is, she learns how to keep in her own feelings of sadness and celebrate with Ava. Quinn has gone through so much making her have trust issues and a rocky relationship with her mom. She also tries to make people not want to be around her which doesn’t make much sense to me. At some times she tries to sabotage her marriage instead of just talking about her issues and feelings. Colleen Hoover's books are typically romance novels with a twist. They are somewhat a thriller by containing characters who try to sabotage themselves or others, usually relating to a relationship or a child. I’ve always loved Psychological thrillers and just recently started reading romance novels. This book and author is perfect if you are looking for a bunch of crying, laughing, gasping, and screaming all in the same chapter. It makes truly unexpected turns which made me have to put the book down a few times while reading and come back to it the next day. It's safe to say that this book scared me in some ways but also wowed me in others. I would definitely love to come back and read this book when I'm older, and have more of the personal experiences Quinn has to relate to.(Not saying that I would ever want to experience some of the horrifying things she has to deal with….)
